Terms & Conditions

By using the FROM SAL website, you are bound by the following terms and conditions. “You” and “your” refers to any customer who places an order for From Sal products using this site. “We” refers to From Sal.

 

RESPONDING TO YOUR ORDER, AVAILABILITY AND TIMING

We will endeavour to send you the goods you have ordered within 7 days if they are unpersonalised  and will let you know by email if it is going to take any longer than 14 days. If the product you have ordered is not available at the time of your order we will inform you by email within 7 working days. Allow 3 weeks for personalised products during the Fair season . (October - December) - unless your order is placed 2 weeks before Christmas and can be completed. Email us to enquire.

 

PRICING AND POSTAGE POLICY

All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling applicable. Postage charges quoted at the online checkout are for Royal mail delivery within the UK. We advise customers choose a trackable postage service - ie signed for , as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost by the royal mail if the customer chooses a postage service which is not trackable.

When Royal Mail is on strike, pay the minimal postage fee they suggest and we shall endevour to ship your parcel by Evri as speedily as we can.

 

METHOD OF PAYMENT

You can purchase FROM SAL products on this site through a PayPal account, or by Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, American Express, Switch, Maestro or Solo cards. Full details of the payment method are provided as you progress through the PayPal shopping cart. You will have the opportunity to check, revise and cancel your order once you have entered your payment details. Note that buying from Sal through a PayPal account has enhanced security features.

 

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can return them to us and we will refund your payment, so long as you inform us in writing of your intention to cancel your order within 5 days of receiving it. Any personalised print is non-returnable, as you will have received a proof of it before the final purchase. Any framed print is also not refundable.  We will refund your purchase in the same form of payment originally used, deducting any fee paypal has charged to us.

 

DELIVERY

Prints are shipped flat, well protected, not rolled.

UNITED KINGDOM DELIVERY

Prints and cards will be sent to you within 5 working days of receiving your order.
Personalised prints and framed prints may take up to 14 -21 days.  Mat delivery time is subject to stock levels. The maximum wait from time of order is 6 weeks. When the workshop is closed, delivery schedules should be calculated from the first day we reopen.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Royal Mail estimates 5 – 10 working days for Europe, 7 – 14 for outside Europe. As these are not guaranteed but only estimated timings, please allow 30 working days for delivery.

 

ORDER INFORMATION

We will keep electronic and hard copy information about your order on file so that we can follow up any problems with your order. We will also keep this information for tax and marketing purposes after your purchase is complete. It will be accessible only by the directors and employees of From Sal, accountants, HM Revenue & Customs and those contractors employed by From Sal for its own marketing purposes. We will not pass your information on to anyone else.
